What you will do

• Own the administration, configuration, and lifecycle management of the entire Google Workspace suite.
• Define and maintain security controls, including phishing protection, DLP, and audit logging.
• Automate repetitive administrative tasks using Google APIs, Apps Script, Python, or PowerShell.
• Integrate Workspace with SSO, MFA, and SCIM identity processes.
• Support compliance audits for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SOX.
• Evaluate and deploy new Workspace AI features, including Gemini, with appropriate governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering Google Workspace in a production environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the Google Admin console and core Workspace applications.
• Proven experience configuring security, governance, and data protection controls.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation using Google APIs, Apps Script, Python, or PowerShell.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Google Workspace Administrator certification.
• Experience with Google Vault, eDiscovery, or DLP tools.
