What you will do

• Concept, script, shoot, and edit social-first commerce videos for Instagram and TikTok independently.
• Develop and evolve a library of Vogue-specific paid commerce formats and hooks to increase production speed and quality.
• Collaborate with commerce editors to translate editorial recommendations into performance-ready creative concepts.
• Manage full pre- and post-production pipelines, including directing on-camera talent and sourcing products.
• Analyze campaign signals (CTR, CVR) with the Performance team to iterate and optimize content.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in creative development, social production, or commerce content.
• Proven portfolio of social-first videos with demonstrable performance results.
• Full end-to-end production capability (concepting, scripting, shooting, and editing).
• Deep fluency in paid social creative mechanics, including hook structures and retention curves.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
