Salary: $224,000 - $302,400

What you will do

• Design and build agentic coding systems and optimization tools to improve token efficiency and response time.
• Develop AI application patterns and architectures, including emerging agentic approaches.
• Take end-to-end ownership of new features across Python, TypeScript, Java, and Go.
• Serve as a domain expert on AI design patterns and collaborate with the developer community to provide best practices.
• Write public technical documentation describing hirify.global concepts and APIs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience optimizing AI systems using machine learning and systems techniques.
• Deep expertise in generative AI, particularly for agents and coding.
• Strong proficiency in concurrent programming, including safe use of mutexes and atomics.
• Experience designing public APIs and writing technical documentation.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global's programming model.
• Track record of open source software contributions to 3rd party libraries.
• Experience with the architecture of large-scale distributed systems.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science or deep background in ML model training.
