Compensation: $260,000 – $335,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end project management of ESG and mission-related reporting efforts, including timelines and stakeholder coordination.
• Build and run the operating cadence for the reporting process, including working groups and executive check-ins.
• Partner with subject-matter experts across Legal, Finance, and Product to gather inputs and resolve dependencies.
• Create repeatable processes for data collection, metric tracking, and internal validation.
• Develop project plans, executive briefings, and board materials to communicate progress and risks.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance on disclosure readiness, reporting frameworks, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Experience leading or significantly scaling ESG, sustainability, or corporate governance programs.
• Strong program management and operational execution skills with a track record of driving high-stakes work.
• Practical fluency with ESG frameworks, disclosure processes, and internal controls.
• Ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders and translate ambiguous requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort working with operational data and reporting metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for creating materials for diverse stakeholders including regulators and executives.
