Software Engineer (Infrastructure)

Salary: $143,600 - $235,000

What you will do

• Write, test, and maintain infrastructure code and platform services using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Golang or TypeScript.
• Participate in code and infrastructure-change reviews to ensure production-ready standards.
• Operate and troubleshoot cloud resources, Kubernetes clusters, and networking in public or private cloud environments.
• Identify and resolve bugs, misconfigurations, and small-scope incidents with senior support.
• Maintain runbooks, architecture notes, and technical documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in software, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
• Working knowledge of Linux fundamentals, networking, and at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Bash).
• Exposure to a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or on-prem Kubernetes environments.
• Comfortable with Git version control and automated testing practices.
• Clear written communication and a habit of documenting work.
• Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes operators, controllers, or Helm charts.
• Familiarity with container image security fundamentals and CVE identification.
• Experience with Apache Airflow or other data-orchestration tools.
