What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve API and SDK issues within customer codebases using Python and TypeScript.
• Reproduce customer-reported bugs and collaborate with Engineering to ship fixes.
• Manage technical support communications via Slack and email, ensuring empathetic and clear interaction.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base to unblock future developers.
• Contribute to internal tooling, scripts, and bug fixes to enhance the support process.
• Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in developer-facing support roles (Support Engineer, Developer Success, or TAM).
• Ability to write, debug, and reason through Python and/or TypeScript codebases.
• Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
• Strong technical communication skills and ownership of problem resolution.
• Curiosity about LLM use cases and AI reliability tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML infrastructure, observability platforms, or prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs from providers like OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Ability to troubleshoot containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Experience as a tech lead in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of submitting PRs to production backend services or SDKs.
