TL;DR
Technical Support Engineer (Java/.NET): Providing advanced technical assistance for 's observability platform with an accent on Java and .NET APM agents. Focus on solving complex installation and configuration issues, analyzing distributed tracing, and advocating for customer needs to the product team.
Location: Must be based in the USA (ET, CT, MT, or PT time zones) and committed to working PT hours
Salary: $72,000 - $90,000 USD

What you will do
- Act as a technical leader for Java and .NET APM agents and Alerts.
- Solve complex installation, configuration, and data exploration requests for customers.
- Advocate for customers by providing feedback on feature requests and bugs to the Product Organization.
- Contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation through Knowledge Centered Support (KCS).
- Collaborate with fellow Support Engineers to identify and address systemic problems.
Requirements
- Proficiency in troubleshooting programming languages and network essentials.
- Experience with Open Telemetry, Distributed Tracing, Java, .NET, and Node.
- Familiarity with AWS and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building, maintaining, or testing applications in enterprise environments.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role focusing on Back-End languages.
- Background in DevOps or Software Engineering.
- AWS or Azure Cloud Certification.
- Experience with observability tools like Logstash, Elastic, AWS Lambda, or Azure Functions.
