TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (Cloud Security): Driving customer adoption and strategic value realization for the Wiz platform with an accent on cloud security architecture and technical problem-solving. Location: Must be based in the USA

Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 USD (Base salary only)

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for a book of up to 15 enterprise customers.
  • Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and operationalization of the platform.
  • Develop success plans with measurable goals aligned with organizational security objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to resolve technical blockers and represent customer needs.
  • Monitor customer health, identify expansion opportunities, and assist in securing renewals.
  • Contribute to scaling the TAM organization by developing documentation and mentoring team members.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles like TAM, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services.
  • Must have legal right to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI) and cloud-security best practices.
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps workflows (CI/CD, IaC).
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships and driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from practitioners to C-level.
