What you will do

  • Manage high-volume inquiries via email, live chat, and ticketing platforms.
  • Resolve customer requests while adhering to strict SLA and quality standards.
  • Process order updates, modifications, replacements, and account changes.
  • Investigate delivery issues and coordinate resolutions with logistics and operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account preferences in CRM systems.
  • Identify operational trends and contribute to internal process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Support or Success.
  • Experience supporting high-volume interactions via email, live chat, and ticketing platforms.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with ticket management tools like Zendesk or Intercom.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting B2B or Enterprise clients.
  • Background in hospitality, healthcare, food, logistics, or e-commerce.
  • Experience with order management or complex account onboarding.
