What you will do
- Manage high-volume inquiries via email, live chat, and ticketing platforms.
- Resolve customer requests while adhering to strict SLA and quality standards.
- Process order updates, modifications, replacements, and account changes.
- Investigate delivery issues and coordinate resolutions with logistics and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and account preferences in CRM systems.
- Identify operational trends and contribute to internal process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Support or Success.
- Experience supporting high-volume interactions via email, live chat, and ticketing platforms.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Proficiency with ticket management tools like Zendesk or Intercom.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be based in Colombia.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting B2B or Enterprise clients.
- Background in hospitality, healthcare, food, logistics, or e-commerce.
- Experience with order management or complex account onboarding.
