What you will do

• Consult with customers across hirify.global platforms to drive product adoption and maximize utilization.
• Educate clients on product functionality, feature updates, and best practices post-onboarding.
• Analyze usage data and trends to provide consultative recommendations and identify business expansion opportunities.
• Manage customer accounts via CRM, documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate information.
• Implement targeted campaigns for at-risk customers to improve performance and prevent cancellations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Product, to support program launches and feature upgrades.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused, SMB customer success, or account management role.
• Proven background in producing quantifiable results through routine, proactive outbound phone contact.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365, with a strong focus on Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet goals and deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with limited in-person interaction.
