What you will do

• Create cohesive, scalable design systems that transition across packaging, DTC, Amazon, retail, paid social, and experiential events.
• Partner with copywriters and art directors to brainstorm and execute breakthrough multi-channel campaign concepts.
• Lead design execution with a high bar for typography, layout, color theory, and globally consistent brand identity.
• Integrate Figma and generative AI asset-generation tools to accelerate concepting and rapid prototyping.
• Direct production and post-production design for photo/video shoots to match strategic and visual intent.
• Mentor junior-to-mid designers in the Needham studio and help maintain a collaborative, high-velocity creative environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of graphic/digital design experience in a fast-paced creative agency or in-house creative department.
• Strong multi-channel portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, typography, digital layouts, packaging design, and e-commerce ecosystem understanding.
• Systems-thinking ability to build a visual toolkit for teams beyond isolated ads.
• Expert fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; hands-on curiosity for generative AI tools.
• Ability to thrive on velocity: adaptable, prolific with options, and able to maintain premium craft under tight deadlines.
