Salary: $81,900 – $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Ideate and execute visual concepts across TV, digital, social, and retail channels.
• Lead creative production on photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with strategic intent.
• Integrate AI generation tools and Figma into daily concepting and layout workflows.
• Maintain visual consistency and premium aesthetic standards across all brand touchpoints.
• Present creative strategies and concepts to brand partners and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to foster a culture of rapid iteration and growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of art direction experience in a fast-moving agency or in-house creative department.
• Proven experience art directing commercial video shoots and product photography.
• Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong understanding of broadcast, mobile-first social content, and digital commerce.
• Ability to work onsite at our Needham, MA headquarters.
• Curiosity and willingness to leverage generative AI tools to accelerate creative processes.
