TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Federal): Managing post-sales relationships and driving adoption for federal sector clients with an accent on supply chain security and DevSecOps solutions. Focus on building strategic success plans, advocating for customer needs internally, and ensuring time-to-value for complex enterprise security deployments.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: Up to $160,000 base salary + bonus

What you will do

  • Drive business success planning by aligning customer requirements with internal product and engineering teams.
  • Act as the primary post-sales point of contact for federal customers, ensuring successful onboarding and implementation.
  • Advocate for customer needs and requirements within the organization to influence product development.
  • Collaborate with technical support and engineering to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop hands-on technical knowledge of the product to help customers optimize their security posture.
  • Work with sales teams to identify renewal and expansion opportunities while minimizing churn.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Public Sector facing roles (Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management).
  • Relevant domain knowledge in Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, or security infrastructure.
  • Strong ability to act with autonomy, making strategic decisions to de-risk or de-escalate customer issues.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new processes from scratch.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and priority management skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous early-stage startup experience.
  • Hands-on technical experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), Linux, or containers.
  • Passion for cybersecurity and technology.
