What you will do

• Translate complex business requirements into technical AI specifications and lead stakeholder alignment.
• Design, build, and maintain full-stack AI applications from discovery through production deployment.
• Architect scalable data pipelines, feature stores, and robust APIs for efficient model serving.
• Oversee MLOps processes including continuous integration, monitoring, and model fine-tuning.
• Partner with customer leadership to define success metrics and validate technical solutions.
• Mentor customer technical teams and document architectural decisions to ensure long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or Data Science with productionized models.
• 3+ years of implementation and customer-facing experience.
• Deep proficiency in classical ML (Scikit-Learn, XGBoost) and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases).
• Strong backend engineering skills using Python and FastAPI/Flask.
• Proven experience with MLOps tools like Docker, CI/CD, MLflow, or Weights & Biases.
• Must be based in the United States with exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience reducing inference latency and managing compute costs via quantization or caching.
• Experience building autonomous AI agents or multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
