What you will do

• Design and maintain cloud-native platforms to support AI and data workloads using Databricks and AWS.
• Build and manage scalable data pipelines for ML and analytics.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code using Cloudformation and AWS CDK.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AI model performance and reliability in production.
• Implement observability practices including monitoring, alerting, and logging for AI platforms.
• Integrate LLMs into production systems using architectures like RAG.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software and infrastructure engineering.
• Extensive experience building and maintaining AI/ML infrastructure in production.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
• Expert-level coding skills in TypeScript and Python.
• Production-level experience with Databricks MLFlow.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LLM frameworks like DSPy.
• Experience with LLM cost monitoring and latency optimization.
• Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings stores like OpenSearch.
