What you will do

• Execute and manage key risk and control processes to ensure compliance with non-financial regulatory reporting obligations.
• Develop subject matter expertise in major American regulations, including Section 13, Section 16, LOPR, FINRA 4560, and BHCA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to support reporting functions.
• Analyze complex system infrastructure to understand the impact of data flows and booking models on reporting quality.
• Leverage data analytical and automation tools to detect anomalies and optimize reporting processes.
• Design and lead the implementation of best-in-class system and control frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in financial services.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Dallas, TX.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to understand complex workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and escalation.
• Working knowledge of financial markets, regulatory landscapes, and operational/reputational risk.
• Knowledge of financial products such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives is an advantage.
