Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead operational sales and drive business development initiatives to identify new market opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for accessibility compliance to clients, building owners, architects, and engineers.
• Manage accessibility consulting engagements and conduct compliance inspections for residential, commercial, and government projects.
• Provide accessibility plan review services throughout all phases of design and construction.
• Develop and deliver educational training and presentations on accessibility topics for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of architects and engineers to deliver comprehensive safety solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in accessibility consulting, architecture, or engineering.
• Deep knowledge of ADA, ABA, FHA, IBC, IEBC, and ICC A117.1 regulations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and site assessments.
• Physical ability to perform on-site assessments, including walking active job sites and climbing stairs.

Nice to have

• Experience with state-specific accessibility standards, such as MAAB 521 CMR.
• Certifications including APAC-BE, ICC Accessibility Inspector, or Plans Examiner.
