What you will do

• Architect and maintain scalable runtime environments across cloud-native and containerized systems.
• Define the technical roadmap for the platform vertical and align engineering efforts with mission objectives.
• Drive the adoption and enforcement of DevSecOps practices, including security automation and compliance.
• Mentor engineers across the team to raise the technical bar and foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with product teams and customers to define and iterate on technical roadmaps.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment patterns, and operational tooling.

Requirements

• US citizenship and eligibility for an active Secret security clearance.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, container-based systems, and YAML.
• Proficiency in Go, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with security automation (API, Container, and Cloud Security).
• Strong background in distributed architectures and everything-as-code.
• Ability to work in an Agile, remote environment.

Nice to have

• DoD 8570 IAT II certification or ability to obtain it.
• Experience with production ATO systems, Big Bang, Iron Bank, or C-ATO processes.
• Expert-level knowledge of DevSecOps theory and implementation.
