Salary: $104,528 - $135,714

What you will do

• Provide senior technical leadership for DevSecOps and SRE activities to ensure platform delivery velocity and operational resilience.
• Govern CI/CD pipeline architecture across all supported applications, ensuring 100% integration of automated security testing.
• Lead SRE practices including on-call governance, SLI/SLO definition, and incident response.
• Ensure all infrastructure components are managed through approved Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling.
• Oversee advanced deployment strategies like blue/green and canary releases with automated rollback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with government leadership to align platform delivery, reliability, and observability strategies.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with at least 3 years of residency in the United States.
• Must hold or be able to obtain an active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance.
• 8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, platform engineering, and technical leadership.
• Expert knowledge of cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes (EKS), and Terraform.
• Experience supporting Federal Government programs and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.
• Working knowledge of VA security policies, FISMA, and NIST 800-53 controls.
