What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client engagements including discovery, stakeholder alignment, scoping, and adoption.
• Translate business problems into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Own client relationships and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes.
• Develop internal playbooks, delivery templates, and tools to scale company operations.
• Contribute to proposals and shape solution approaches for prospective clients.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States with remote work capability.
• 6-10 years of experience in data, analytics, consulting, or similar roles with client management.
• Experience delivering data systems, pipelines, analytics platforms, or AI-driven applications.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business goals into engineering specs and weigh tradeoffs.
• Client-facing experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Fluency in AI tools and integrating them into daily work.
