What you will do

• Design comprehensive test scenarios and analyze manual processes for automation candidacy.
• Build and maintain Playwright end-to-end automation using AI assistants for script generation and self-healing locators.
• Review, validate, and improve AI-generated test artifacts to ensure correctness and coverage.
• Manage test cycles in a test-management system and reconcile automation status.
• Debug and log bugs, triage automation failures, and perform regression testing.
• Write SQL queries to validate backend data and support data-model QA.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America
• 3–5 years of experience in software QA methodologies and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or equivalent modern automation frameworks.
• Fluency with AI coding and testing assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
• Working knowledge of SQL and comfort querying PostgreSQL databases.
• English: Intermediate level required

Nice to have

• Experience with test-management tools like AIO, Zephyr, or TestRail.
• Accessibility testing experience (WCAG, screen-reader, and keyboard testing).
• Experience using LLMs for synthetic test-data generation.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Jira automation.
• Performance or security testing experience.
