What you will do

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics to integrate user insights into the development process.
• Organize and analyze moderated and unmoderated user research studies.
• Translate business questions and hypotheses into actionable research objectives and clear plans.
• Communicate research findings through storytelling to align with business and customer goals.
• Conduct heuristic analyses and provide recommendations based on UX best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of User Experience Research experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Atlanta, Georgia office (Hybrid).
• Strong knowledge of UXR methodologies and best practices.
• Proven experience working within cross-functional teams including UX Design, Product, and Engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
