What you will do
- Drive commercial and strategic performance with full UK P&L responsibility.
- Oversee UK Sales and Ad Operations, mentoring and building a high-performing team.
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly growth plans aligned with global objectives.
- Negotiate and secure partnerships with major agency groups and direct clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue-generating channels.
- Represent the company at senior client meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- Must be based in London or able to work in a hybrid capacity from the London office.
- Proven leadership experience in commercial roles within digital advertising, programmatic, or mobile sales.
- Strong track record of P&L management and delivering revenue growth in the UK market.
- Extensive network of relationships with agencies, brands, and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in building and managing high-performing sales and operations teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
