What you will do

  • Drive commercial and strategic performance with full UK P&L responsibility.
  • Oversee UK Sales and Ad Operations, mentoring and building a high-performing team.
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly growth plans aligned with global objectives.
  • Negotiate and secure partnerships with major agency groups and direct clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and revenue-generating channels.
  • Represent the company at senior client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London or able to work in a hybrid capacity from the London office.
  • Proven leadership experience in commercial roles within digital advertising, programmatic, or mobile sales.
  • Strong track record of P&L management and delivering revenue growth in the UK market.
  • Extensive network of relationships with agencies, brands, and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience in building and managing high-performing sales and operations teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
