What you will do

• Execute precision ID/OD grinding operations using Studer Grinders.
• Produce prototype and low-volume production parts with strict dimensional and roundness tolerances.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings and process parts independently.
• Apply 5S and lean manufacturing principles according to ISO 9001 standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with machining and grinding concepts, techniques, and strategies.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
