Salary: $175,000 - $250,000

What you will do

• Drive business development across A&D by identifying and qualifying opportunities through industry networks and events.
• Shape the A&D go-to-market strategy, including events, content, and customer references.
• Lead proposal development and discovery conversations with senior engineering and manufacturing leaders.
• Manage delivery projects at enterprise customers, executing technical plans and overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Own strategic customer relationships and account plans to drive retention and footprint expansion.
• Synthesize customer needs into actionable product feedback for the Product team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Aerospace & Defense in commercial, product, program, or engineering roles.
• Must be a US Person (US citizen or Greencard holder).
• Technical depth in ML, data science, and the simulation domain to lead customer conversations.
• Ability to turn customer relationships into growing programs.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events (average 1-2 weeks per month).
