What you will do

• Design, develop, and modify end-to-end toolsets and prototypes that operate within highly constrained mission environments.
• Perform deep reverse engineering of complex systems to understand inner workings and enhance existing capabilities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams of operators and analysts to translate mission needs into robust software requirements.
• Serve as a technical advisor to customers regarding operational direction and software deployment.
• Conduct collaborative peer code reviews to maintain high standards of reliability and security.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Poly (FSP).
• Must currently reside in the United States.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years with a Master's, or 16+ years of total experience.
• Proven, hands-on experience in Reverse Engineering.
• Strong development skills in C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Subversion) and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, or Rust.
• Experience developing CNO-specific software for Linux, Windows, or Embedded applications.
• Background in Vulnerability Research (VR) and Exploit Development.
• Familiarity with end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
