Application Developer (CNO)

Location: Onsite in Annapolis Junction, Maryland; applicants must reside in the United States at the time of application.

Salary: USD $126,854–$253,707 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, modify, and deploy software toolsets and prototypes for constrained mission environments.
• Reverse engineer complex systems and enhance existing capabilities.
• Collaborate with operators, analysts, developers, and external development teams to translate mission needs into software requirements.
• Advise customers on operational direction and software product deployment.
• Participate in peer code reviews focused on software reliability and security.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required.
• At least 12 years of software engineering experience with a bachelor's degree, 10 years with a master's degree, or 16 years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on reverse engineering experience.
• Strong development skills in C, C++, and Python.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and supporting fielded software systems.
• Familiarity with Git, Subversion, Jira, Confluence, and Bamboo.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, or Rust.
• Experience developing CNO software for Linux, Windows, or embedded applications.
• Background in vulnerability research and exploit development.
• Experience with SIGINT collection and analysis systems or production CNO capabilities.
