• Partner with firmware, product, and quality teams to identify data sources and define meaningful metrics.
• Develop analytical models and dashboards to provide actionable insights into development trends and risks.
• Translate complex engineering and business questions into measurable data-driven recommendations.
• Lead sub-projects and interface directly with product core and customer teams.
• Apply systematic design practices to firmware and data engineering tasks.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Longmont, CO, five days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
• Strong background in data science, including statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Programming experience in C/C++.
• Strong verbal and technical writing skills.
