What you will do

  • Develop and implement sales activities to hit growth targets in the assigned territory.
  • Sign up new partners including tour operators, travel agencies, and OTAs.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of partners and provide first-level support.
  • Execute commercial deals and manage required document flow and technical setup.
  • Spend approximately 50% of working time on business trips for client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the full sales life cycle within the travel industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the regional B2B travel market.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work across diverse cultural contexts.
  • Must be based in Brazil; no visa sponsorship provided.
