Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Deliver successful implementations of manufacturing solutions through onsite and remote technical services.
• Perform system configuration, data setup, machine integration, and report development.
• Conduct needs assessments, productivity recommendations, and user training for customers.
• Manage project scope, quality standards, and risk assessment throughout the lifecycle.
• Test configurations and solutions to ensure they meet specific customer requirements.
• Support knowledge transfer and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
• Solid experience in software development or implementation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL statements and stored procedures.
• Proven success working with all levels of management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as required for onsite implementations.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with ERP implementations.
• Experience with IMOS software.
• Understanding of manufacturing concepts, specifically in furniture production or woodworking.
• Experience with reporting services.
