What you will do

• Serve as the primary functional subject matter expert for the Travel and Expense module, directing production support and configuration.
• Administer complex approval workflows, corporate credit card integrations, and per diem parameters.
• Utilize technical tools including Application Designer, SQL, SQR, and BI Publisher to support functional operations.
• Monitor and optimize batch job schedules and runtime performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional integrations between T&E, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger modules.
• Manage Major Incident Management protocols and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 functional configuration and developer tools.
• 8+ years of public sector experience supporting a large network of state government agencies.
• 8+ years of experience managing scheduled batch jobs and enterprise strategic roadmaps.
• 6+ years of experience supporting Major Incident Management (MIM) processes for high-priority incidents.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing ITIL principles for service and asset management.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX.
