What you will do

• Own quality for critical document product experiences and high-impact user flows.
• Design and execute test strategies for AI-assisted workflows, validating reliability and edge cases.
• Maintain robust E2E test coverage for core user journeys using Playwright.
• Balance exploratory manual testing with automated solutions to ensure real product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface risks and define quality standards.
• Partner with the Forward Deployed team to ensure quality for strategic client portals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina or Uruguay.
• 4+ years of experience testing complex software systems.
• Strong proficiency in QA fundamentals including test design and regression strategies.
• Experience testing AI-assisted systems with an understanding of probabilistic outputs.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation tools, specifically Playwright.
• Ability to reason about system behavior beyond the UI layer.
