QA Automation Engineer (C#): Building a new engineering team focused on expanding automated test coverage and improving system reliability across a portfolio of 20+ SaaS products with an accent on unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. Focus on leveraging AI tools to accelerate test development, reducing CI/CD instability, and establishing scalable testing standards.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Improve test coverage and identify quality risks across existing applications.
- Leverage AI tools like Claude and Copilot to accelerate test development and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve test failures across application, infrastructure, and data layers.
- Reduce flaky tests and improve CI/CD pipeline reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance testability and confidence in production systems.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in C#.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated unit and integration tests.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as xUnit, JUnit, Jest, and Playwright.
- Solid understanding of testing concepts including mocking and test isolation.
- Experience working in Shift Left and quality-focused engineering environments.
- Strong English communication skills.
