What you will do
- Provide interactive technical support via chat, email, and MS Teams.
- Solve customer problems while maintaining concierge-level care.
- Collaborate with back-office teams to handle escalations.
- Learn and contribute to production systems from the first month.
- Work alongside senior colleagues to gain technical knowledge and mentorship.
Requirements
- Fluent Portuguese required
- Must be able to work on-site in a hybrid capacity
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer support mindset and active listening abilities
Nice to have
- Prior experience in help desk or technical support roles
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Excel
