Location: Must be based in Hortolandia, Brazil (Hybrid on-site)

What you will do

  • Provide interactive technical support via chat, email, and MS Teams.
  • Solve customer problems while maintaining concierge-level care.
  • Collaborate with back-office teams to handle escalations.
  • Learn and contribute to production systems from the first month.
  • Work alongside senior colleagues to gain technical knowledge and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Fluent Portuguese required
  • Must be able to work on-site in a hybrid capacity
  • Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Customer support mindset and active listening abilities

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in help desk or technical support roles
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Excel
