What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support via chat, email, and MS Teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems and software.
- Collaborate with back-office teams to handle complex escalations.
- Participate in training programs to gain expertise in platforms like Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Contribute to a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer care.
Requirements
- Fluent Portuguese required
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid on-site environment in Hortolandia
- Customer-focused mindset with active listening skills
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a help desk or customer support role
- Familiarity with IT support processes
