What you will do

• Develop software and solutions across the stack to enhance product reliability and velocity.
• Design simple, scalable, and reliable solutions leveraging target cloud architecture.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and participate in blameless post-mortems.
• Collaborate with a globally distributed team to build leading full-stack development capabilities.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD/CT pipelines and artifact management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 7+ years of experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Must be able to work on-site in Mounds View, MN 4 days per week.
• 4+ years of experience in public or private cloud environments.
• 4+ years of experience developing applications leveraging Kubernetes.
• 4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and source code control.
• 7+ years of experience delivering software using C#, Java, or similar languages.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with Kafka or streaming technologies.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and release management.
• Experience refactoring monoliths into microservices.
• Familiarity with monitoring stacks like ELK, Dynatrace, or Prometheus.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as HBase or DynamoDB.
