What you will do

• Perform moderately complex electro-mechanical tests on motor assemblies.
• Analyze rejected units to determine whether to repair, rework, or scrap.
• Troubleshoot electronic and mechanical assembly problems and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Design, and Manufacturing Engineers to resolve irregularities.
• Execute rework and final assembly tasks according to customer specifications.
• Maintain and verify test equipment, cables, and setups.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Murphy, NC.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• 5 years of related electromechanical or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing prints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to use soldering irons and microscopes.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work overtime when needed.
