What you will do

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with highly compensated participants.
• Consult with executives to optimize their workplace benefits initially and annually.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual executive needs and goals.
• Recommend and implement investment strategies aligned with risk tolerance and financial objectives.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
• Support the team by fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC©) required.
• FINRA Series 7, NASAA Series 63 and 65 required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP©) designation.
• Life Insurance Licensing.
• Experience working with highly compensated hirify.global plan participants.
