What you will do

• Lead workstreams for CDD and growth-strategy projects, focusing on market sizing and competitor benchmarking.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative datasets to develop investor-grade insights.
• Collaborate on hypothesis development and create compelling storylines for client deliverables.
• Integrate AI-supported analytics to improve the depth and speed of insights.
• Engage with clients and expert networks to gather market intelligence.
• Supervise and coach junior team members to ensure high-quality outputs.

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in commercial due diligence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in financial services and private equity transactions.
• Must be based in New York.

Nice to have

• MBA or an equivalent advanced degree (preferred for Senior Associates).
• Familiarity with operational due diligence or value creation workstreams.
