Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)

Salary: CA$153,815 - CA$250,039/year

What you will do

  • Design and implement modular components for a cutting-edge ML product using software engineering best practices.
  • Translate and generalize customer use cases into generic platform components.
  • Write clean, readable, and extendible Python code while coaching team members.
  • Collaborate with product strategy and roadmap teams to drive platform innovation.
  • Support implementation teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Maintain high standards through unit/integration testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Python in a product setting.
  • 1+ years of experience in the data/machine learning ecosystem.
  • Experience putting ML models into production.
  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design and testable APIs.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

  • General understanding of supervised learning principles.
