TL;DR

Benefits Care Advocate (HRTech): Providing high-level support for small business owners regarding payroll and health insurance benefits with an accent on complex problem resolution and customer advocacy. Location: Must be based in Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid work from the Scottsdale office)

Salary: $19.231 - $21.63 per hour

What you will do

  • Own customer inquiries from start to finish across phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Maintain high quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Collaborate across the company to influence product development based on customer needs.
  • Perform comprehensive research using internal resources to resolve complex benefit questions.
  • Stay updated on new product features to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Manage seasonal volume spikes from December through March, including overtime.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Phoenix, AZ
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in call centers, technology, retail, or hospitality.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing benefits role (Broker, Carrier, or Benefits provider).
  • Comfortable with digital tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Confluence.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work a full-time 40-hour/week schedule.
