Supply Chain Technician (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in San Carlos, California, United States. Applicants must meet U.S. Person requirements under ITAR and EAR regulations.

Salary: $22–$26/hour for Level I, $25–$30/hour for Level II, or $30–$37/hour for Level III.

Building satellite infrastructure in Low Earth Orbit to enable space-based energy transmission, on-orbit computing, and secure optical data communications.

What you will do

• Manage shipping, receiving, and domestic and international freight for specialized hardware.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and implement Kanban systems to prevent stock-outs.
• Organize lab spaces and ensure equipment is tracked, calibrated, and available.
• Partner with engineering teams to streamline the source-to-shelf lifecycle for rapid prototyping.
• Track high-value assets and materials across internal systems.
• Support logistics and operational workflows across lab and production environments.

Requirements

• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR and EAR regulations, such as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or production support.
• Experience handling sensitive hardware, including ESD or cleanroom protocols.
• Ability to work hands-on, lift up to 50 pounds, and use material-handling equipment.
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems for inventory tracking and purchase order management.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hardware or engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with supply chain processes in high-reliability industries.
• Background in aerospace, space, or advanced hardware sectors.
