Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives for digital publishing, content metadata, and monetization systems.
• Develop integrated program plans, timelines, and dependency tracking across engineering, product, and editorial teams.
• Drive execution governance including roadmap reviews, delivery checkpoints, and risk mitigation.
• Lead readiness planning for major feature releases, platform migrations, and high-traffic events.
• Mentor a team of scrum leads and project managers to foster accountability and disciplined execution.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for delivery challenges affecting timelines and quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Universal City, CA
• Proven experience in technical program management or delivery leadership roles.
• Expertise in program planning, roadmap execution, and dependency management.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and data.
• Strong communication and executive reporting skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification.

• Experience in digital news or media organizations.
• Familiarity with newsroom or digital publishing workflows.
• Experience supporting video platforms or live digital events.
