What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and drive the growth of the 100 Top Hospitals Program.
• Develop high-impact executive presentation materials using PowerPoint and Tableau visuals.
• Oversee the 100 Top Advisory Council and facilitate collaboration among industry leaders.
• Manage program timelines, milestones, and deliverables across the annual cycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with the Program VP on strategic initiatives and research to innovate program components.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project coordination, healthcare administration, consulting, or program leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, public health, communications, or a related field.
• Must be able to travel 1-20% within the US.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Experience interacting with senior executives and external stakeholders.
