What you will do

• Design and implement a program-tracking system across concurrent R&D programs with clear milestones and risk visibility.
• Build a prioritization framework that forces explicit trade-offs when new customer-driven scope arrives.
• Map cross-team dependencies across hardware, ML, and software to prevent blockers.
• Establish standard escalation and post-mortem rhythms for customer go-lives.
• Own the prioritization and roadmap operating cadence across the R&D organization.
• Drive deployment-efficiency and configuration-management improvements in collaboration with Customer Success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 10+ years of combined engineering and technical program leadership experience.
• Proven track record driving complex hardware, robotics, or ML-based programs.
• Experience standing up prioritization frameworks and mapping cross-functional dependencies from scratch.
• Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams to validate estimates and drive technical alignment.
• Working familiarity with Jira, Linear, and major cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Nice to have

• Experience with deployment or field-operations programs, including physical installs and hardware procurement.
• Background in agile or lean process facilitation and change management.
• PMP certification.
