What you will do

• Manage daily customer orders for direct shipping and future store pickup.
• Build and maintain reporting tools to track inventory levels and customer fulfillment dates.
• Develop data systems and dashboards using Databricks, Tableau, and Excel to support KPIs.
• Analyze order delays and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with logistics, contact center, and inventory teams to drive department results.
• Present actionable insights to leadership and business partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelors' Degree in Business or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in inventory or retail management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, and Tableau.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a high-growth environment.
