Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 USD (base annual)

What you will do
- Oversee daily operations of the PCC team through direct management of the PCC Lead, ensuring clear priorities, workload balance, and accountability.
- Own regional PCC KPIs (response times, scheduling turnaround, coordination accuracy, patient satisfaction) and drive corrective actions when targets are missed.
- Coach and develop the PCC Lead and support coordinator performance through 1:1s, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Monitor staffing needs, capacity, and coverage to maintain consistent service levels and act as an escalation point for complex patient issues.
- Continuously improve PCC workflows by identifying bottlenecks and designing, testing, and rolling out process changes and SOPs with clinical, product, and technology partners.
- Partner with providers on clinical-adjacent functions (intake, pre-visit preparation, scheduling, documentation readiness, and follow-up) to ensure successful visits.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in virtual healthcare operations, patient care coordination, practice management, or a related clinical support function, including experience leading a team.
- Demonstrated success managing to KPIs and driving measurable improvements in team performance or quality.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient intake/scheduling processes, and the patient support lifecycle.
- Excellent people leadership skills, including coaching and developing supervisors or leads.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with clinical providers and product/technology partners.
- Comfort working with data and reporting tools to track performance trends and inform operational decisions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
