What you will do

• Develop and maintain RMF policies, standard operating procedures, process guides, and governance documentation.
• Document current and target state RMF processes, including activities, decision points, and responsibilities.
• Translate regulatory, cybersecurity, and operational requirements into actionable process documentation.
• Collaborate with system owners, ISSOs, and assessors to define workflow requirements and approval paths.
• Support the creation and maintenance of System Security Plans (SSP), POA&Ms, risk assessments, and continuous-monitoring artifacts.
• Monitor adherence to RMF policies and maintain process metrics, dashboards, and risk registers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting RMF, cybersecurity compliance, or federal information assurance programs.
• Working knowledge of NIST RMF, NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, FIPS 199, and FIPS 200.
• Experience developing policies, process maps, governance documents, and technical compliance documentation.
• Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to obtain security clearance may be required.
