What you will do

• Lead coordination with Information Security and GRC leadership to execute cybersecurity initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Drive FedRAMP audit strategies, including documentation, POA&M tracking, and interdepartmental reporting.
• Guide teams in identifying and prioritizing improvements for NIST 800-53 control effectiveness.
• Collaborate across the organization to shape IT and security roadmaps for high-impact projects.
• Facilitate security risk assessments and ensure policies are updated to meet evolving compliance frameworks.
• Provide strategic input for incident response planning and assist in escalation and resolution processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, FedRAMP, or IT program management.
• U.S. citizenship required due to federal compliance.
• Deep expertise in NIST frameworks (800-53, 800-30, 800-161).
• Proven track record overseeing compliance programs such as SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA, and SOX ITGC.
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting complex security topics to diverse audiences.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while managing concurrent initiatives.

Nice to have

• Industry-recognized certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or PMP.
• Experience with security tools like Splunk, Tenable, and Trend Micro.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures, particularly AWS.
