What you will do

• Develop and maintain ISMS documentation including policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead the execution of comprehensive security training and awareness programs.
• Create engaging training materials such as presentations, newsletters, and intranet content.
• Coordinate security awareness campaigns and measure their effectiveness through reporting.
• Collaborate with security subject matter experts to ensure communication accuracy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 3-6 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in IT or security.
• Proven experience managing documentation for formal management systems like ISMS or QMS.
• Experience with security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, or FedRAMP.
• Excellent ability to translate technical concepts into clear content for non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CIS Controls.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM or CISSP.
