What you will do

• Lead outbound efforts to prop shops, HFT firms, market makers, and quant funds to route flow onto Solana venues.
• Structure and manage counterparty relationships, negotiating terms, rebates, and economic agreements.
• Collaborate with application and protocol teams to prioritize product features like order types and margin treatment.
• Secure and onboard institutional allocators and large LPs to seed and deepen Solana markets.
• Track and analyze key metrics including trading volume, open interest, and program ROI.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Proven track record of moving significant trading volume or flow at an exchange, market maker, or fund.
• Existing book of relationships with major traders, allocators, and LPs.
• Deep fluency in market microstructure, perps funding, margin, and spot liquidity.
• Strong credibility in DeFi, specifically regarding collateral and capital efficiency.
• Ability to coordinate work across EU and APAC time zones.
